Mrs.Sc. Eva Cotman, M.Arch.
Architect & Project Management Consultant
Eva Cotman leads architectural and real estate projects from first sketch to final handover. Her core expertise is complete project management — steering developments through concept design, urban planning, project documentation, and on-site construction management, so clients have a single point of accountability from day one to delivery. This full-cycle approach is especially valued by developers and real estate clients in hospitality and residential projects, where coordinating design intent with regulatory, budgetary, and construction realities can make or break a project’s success.
Her ability to lead at this level comes from a rigorous design foundation. Eva graduated in Architecture from the University of Zagreb in 2007, then completed a Master’s Degree in Theory and Architectural Design at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in Barcelona in 2010 — training that sharpened both her design sensibility and her strategic thinking. That same year, she founded her own architectural studio, operating between Barcelona and Croatia, taking on individual interior design projects alongside large-scale developments realized in collaboration with leading firms, including LAD 1 Studio – Lotus Architecti, COMA Architects, Vora Arquitectura, and Calderón-Folch-Sarsanedas Arquitectes.
Eva has also remained closely engaged with the architectural community throughout her career. As an active member of AJAC, the Catalan Youth Architects Association, she helped organize the International Architecture Symposium in Barcelona in 2012. Her writing has appeared in Croatia’s leading architecture magazines, Presjek and Oris, as well as various design and architecture blogs.
